The worst problem I've ever encountered was a hard drive crash which resulted in the loss of 300 gbs of my favorite data. Had I been a wise man, I would have used a free backup storage service to keep my data secure.

Media Max offers 25gbs of monthly backup storage with no monthly fee. Any amount greater and you'll have to start paying. The only problem is, they only allow 1gb of transfer and sharing. Does that mean it will take 25 months to get your data back after you upload it? All music, pictures, movies can be viewed directly from the web without download. This means ease of mind knowing you can view your files wherever you are. 25 gigs should enough for anyone to host at least a good chunk of files.
